Lift Audio Groove Noise-Isolating In-Ear Headphone [Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging] 用户反馈:

用户打分: 用户总结: You get what you pay for: not much 用户评语: These earphones have a tough time in my house because they are up against a pair of ~$100 competitors: Vibe Moda and Etymotic ER6i. But even for $10 they are not worth the money.
The Lift product claims to be "noise isolating." In order to achieve that, it would have to actually fit my ears, which it does not. I tried all three pairs of tips (and had quite the wrestling match trying to get them on/off) and none worked very well. Compared to my Etymotics, which damp down outside noise as thoroughly as foam safety earplugs rated at 32 db suppression, they are not doing anything. My Vibes, which have very similar tips but make no claims to noise suppression, still do manage to keep out much more ambient noise than the Lifts.
But even if that aspect is not important to you, bass probably is. I don't mean head-rattling, over-boosted bass; I mean normal response you'd expect even from fairly modest earphones used with an iPhone and an iPod Touch. The Lift earphones may theoretically be capable of that, but with such poor fit, for me they never achieved the seal necessary to reproduce bass properly at all.
Because fit is so individual, I made sure to try the three tip sets several times. What I discovered pretty much says these earphones are not up to the job. The smallest tips fall out of my ears and do not seal at all, in part because they are too big to go all the way in where buds like the Etymotics fit and really block outside noise.
The largest Lift tips stay put nicely in a position farther outside my inner ear, similar to how my Vibes fit with similar-looking tips. But they produce inferior bass and do not seal very well. The middle size actually offers the best bass, but is too loose in every other way, falling out with only slight movement.
If either the smallest or biggest tips were showing the best test results, I'd conclude my ears are weird [grin], but with the middle being the closest to acceptable, I blame the earphone design.
Oh, and if anybody bothers to find out which is left and which is right, be sure to mark them, because the manufacturer didn't.
I'd save my money and put it toward higher quality earphones with a larger selection of tip styles and sizes.
用户打分: 用户总结: Arrived DOA and not suprised 用户评语: I ordered the Lift Audio Groove earbuds and looked forward to arrival based on good reviews.
Here's my 2 cents.
1. REALLY thin (cheap looking) wires and connectors.
2. Positioning in ear is awkward, they were difficult to seat.
3. Replacement of the silicone caps are a pain, they don't go on very easily.
4. Mine arrived DOA making virtually no sound... just very tinny and quiet with intermittent loud crackling sounds.
5. The port seemed to be filled with some sort of hard glue.
I may have just made my last attempt at purchasing headphones on the Amazon site.
I wish I could have given a better review. I would have ordered replacement, but going that route I saw that amazon would have made me cover the cost of returning the defective product... so I just returned them for a refund (which was free of charge).
用户打分: 用户总结: Stopped transmitting audio to 1 ear after a week 用户评语: Unfortunately, after about a week of use, they only intermittently transmitted audio to one of my ears. Returning them.
用户打分: 用户总结: waste of money 用户评语: These "on sale" earbuds are not a bargain. I've used mine twice while listening to my iPod while taking a walk and the sound stops as if I have unplugged the earphones every few minutes. If I were a runner and joustled my iPod, i'd probably have to restart my iPod every second. Though the earbuds look hightech and stylish, the metal casing weighs the earbud down so much they fell out of my ears, though the rubber piece was a good fit.
I don't recommend buying these earbuds.
用户打分: 用户总结: Poor quality, muddled sound 用户评语: My first impression was that these are cheap. Not just in price but quality. Sure, the frustration free packaging is nice but they come in a cheap little vinyl pouch with a keyring. The cables for the left and right earpieces aren't even completely separated (some residue of the manufacturing process?) and there are no markings for Right / Left - seriously? No markings? It all goes downhill from there. The cables are so cheap that you can hear them rustling with every move.
I tested them alongside some slightly to much more expensive headphones including: Sony MDR-EX51LP, and several in-ear models from Shure ranging in price from $60 - $400. The Lift earphones fit well and have better bass than the Sony's but that's about it. Middle and treble are awful, stereo separation is horrendous and everything sounds muddled.
Sure $10 is cheap but you get what you pay for. Save your money towards a better pair of earphones.
